## Product

DwellX is software for operators of apartment communities. It is not a communications widget bolted onto a PMS. It is the system of record and the conversational layer.

## Agents

- A.L.I.C.E. (Automated Learning, Intelligence & Communications Engine): resident-facing leasing agent. Tours, applications, screening, and credentials. Stays with the tenant from pre-lease through the tenant experience lifecycle.
- Operator agents: named and trained by the manager. Backend reporting, details, analysis, multi-property management, records, warranties, and property responses.
- Community agents: on-site voice for maintenance, household memory, and rewards.

Agents can be customized and deployed across properties.

## Private label

DwellX can be white-labeled for property managers. The resident and staff experience can carry the operator’s mark, domain, and agent names. DwellX remains the underlying system.

## How screening works

Prospects apply in conversation. DwellX (through ALICE) collects the usual screening information, runs identity and income verification, credit and background checks, and safety screens, then produces a credential and creditworthiness score for the property manager. A human completes the decision. Adverse-action notices name the consumer reporting agency, not the software.

Vendor names for bureaus and identity providers are not used in resident-facing copy.

## How reporting works

Property managers ask in English. Example queries:

The operator agent drafts the report in the thread from the live ledger and comps.
